Nitendo’s ad’s for the Land of The Rising Sun do more than break the language barrier: they make Wii look fun. And easy. That is key for Nintendo’s ”non-gamer heatseeker” strategy to work.

ZELDA VIDEO BLOWOUT

The official Wii page has updated its Wii Experience section with dudes playing The Legend of Zelda: Twilight Princess on Wii for the first time. They also have the opening cutscene to the game as well as a super-sick 2:00 gameplay montage.

Blue Ocean Strategy in Action
That, my friends, is a video of the Nintendo booth at the annual AARP convention just days ago. If you don’t know what AARP stands for, like I didn’t, click the acronym in the ferst sentence of this poast for the Wikipedia entry.
SUMMARY: Two guys bowling spares in Wii Sports Bowling. The retiree puts quite a bit of spin on the ball in order to down the last two pins. Very well done..

62 games for Wii by year end
Recently Nintendo revealed that 32 brand new games are scheduled for release between the Wii launch date [November 19th] and December 31st, 2006.
What’s that? The headline says 62? No worries, they’re not really missing they’re just not NEW! The remaining titles are “classic” games available for download on the Wii Shop Channel. List of all seis-dos after the jump..
